“No-one owes obedience to a usurped government, nor to those who assume public functions or employment through force of arms or using methods and procedures which contravene or fail to recognize what is established in this Constitution and the law.  Acts ratified by such authorities are null.  The people have the right to resort to insurrection in defense of the constiutional order.”
